The KAHR - Project is organizing a scientific conference (online format) on May 09 and 10, 2023. Researchers* from different disciplines working on the impacts and management of flood disasters and climate resilient reconstruction issues are invited to participate online. During the conference, several parallel sessions will focus on the following topics:
Expert contributions in the form of presentations are therefore sought for the KAHR Science Conference. Registration for the event is open now and until 08/05/2023 at the following link.

The deadline for submitting panel proposals is 15 April.
The University of Twente is looking for Panels for the NEEDS Conference 2023. Panels should speak to the overall conference theme “Building Disaster Resilient Societies” and may be related to different topics including health, climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, disaster governance, development, humanitarianism, and other relevant topic areas. Proposals for panels from all research disciplines are welcomed which can bring discussions to these topics and interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary panels are encouraged. Panel proposals should be limited to a maximum of 1.5 pages, including the panel title, names of panel chairs/conveners, and the panel description (incl. references). Panel organizers may also propose specific speakers (fixed panels) for their panels.
Accepted panel organisers will be notified by 1 May.
